How are your products shipped?

Plantwise uses multiple carriers (USPS, FedEx, UPS & DHL) and will automatically use the best shipping carrier based on time and location.

All products ship 2-day expedited, including free shipping for orders over $50 (excluding tax). Actual shipping times may vary by location and carrier used. Orders placed after 11:59 AM CST will begin fulfillment the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email which will contain a tracking number you can use to track your shipment. Additionally you can log in to your account and view your order status at any time.

What’s the best way to store Plantwise supplements?

Unless otherwise indicated on the product label, Plantwise recommends that its products be stored tightly sealed in a cool, dry place, such as a pantry or cabinet. Supplements should be kept away from a location exposed to moisture (such as a bathroom) or heat (such as above the stove). Whenever possible, store the product in the bottle it came in and keep the lid tightly closed. Placing the contents of an entire bottle in a pill box or a baggie might cause the product to discolor or otherwise change in appearance over time.

Does the Plantwise™ Probiotic & Postbiotic need to be refrigerated?

We do recommend refrigeration for maximum retention of the bacteria cultures after purchase. However, our probiotics product is shelf stable; we use a specially designed bottle that helps maintain the probiotic strains and protect from heat, light and moisture. Our capsules contain 125 Billion CFU at time of manufacture and we guarantee up to 30 billion CFU by the product expiration date, when stored in a cool, dry place, below 77° F, away from heat, light and moisture.
