Shipping and Returns


Plantwise uses multiple carriers (USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL) and will automatically use the best shipping carrier based on time and location.

Actual shipping times may vary by location and carrier used. Orders placed after 11:59 AM CST will begin fulfillment the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email which will contain a tracking number you can use to track your shipment. Additionally you can log in to your account and view your order status at any time.


Returns Policy

We strive to make your purchasing experience with Plantwise excellent. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after you receive it, we will help create a solution for you. If you purchased our products through an authorized Plantwise distributor or retailer, please contact the original purchase location for any return or exchange according to their policies. Plantwise cannot accept returns for products purchased through third parties. If you need assistance with a return through a retailer, please use our Contact Form.
